This Personal Data Protection and Processing Disclosure Text and Privacy Policy ("Text") has been prepared in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK" or "Law"), the decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board ("Board"), and the applicable legislation.
SIFIR MAKİNA TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY AND TRADE INC. ("SIFIR MAKİNA" or "the Company") demonstrates the utmost sensitivity regarding the lawful processing and protection of the personal data of its customers, business partners, suppliers, employees, and website visitors. This Text aims to transparently inform you about the methods and legal bases for collecting your personal data, the purposes for which they are processed, to whom and for what purposes they may be transferred, how long they will be retained, the measures taken for data security, and the rights you have under the KVKK.

Data that identify you, such as name, surname, Turkish Republic identification number, nationality, passport number, place and date of birth, gender. (The Turkish Republic identification number is processed only in processes where there is a legal obligation.)
Data that enable contact with you, such as telephone number, e‑mail address, workplace address, residential address.
Corporate and financial data such as company name, title, tax number, tax office, MERSİS number, bank account information (IBAN), credit card information (only for payment transactions and not stored).
Data for transaction security and request management such as quotation requests, contact form contents, messages and notes, order and purchase history, service and maintenance records, request/complaint history.
Contract information, lawsuit and enforcement file information, official correspondence, communication information with judicial and administrative authorities.
Communication and preference data processed for the purpose of delivering personalized campaigns and announcements, provided that you have given explicit consent.
Technical data related to website usage such as IP address, user agent (browser type and version), operating system, cookie records, log entries, page view information, session duration.
Our company does not, in principle, process special category personal data (such as health, biometric, religion, ethnic origin, etc.). Special category data is not collected except in situations mandated by occupational health and safety and employment legislation; when collection is required, it is processed in accordance with the conditions stipulated in Article 6 of the KVKK and with the adequate measures prescribed by the Board.

Your personal data may be transferred only to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes stated above and in accordance with the conditions stipulated in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

Your personal data will not be transferred abroad except with your explicit consent or when the conditions stipulated in Article 9 of the KVKK are met (countries with adequate protection or cases where adequate protection is pledged). Our company, as a principle, does not transfer personal data abroad.
Your personal data is retained for the period required by the purposes of processing and in accordance with the limitation periods and retention periods stipulated in the applicable legislation. Upon the expiration of the retention periods, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized as part of periodic disposal processes.

If the reason requiring the retention period ceases to exist, personal data shall be deleted, destroyed or anonymized within the 6‑month periodic destruction periods in accordance with the Company's personal data retention and destruction policy.
Under Article 12 of the KVKK, our Company takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure an appropriate level of security in order to prevent the unlawful processing of personal data, to block unlawful accesses, and to ensure the preservation of the data.
